DADT stands for Discovering And Developing Talents. It's the backbone of how we run classrooms at BPA — our mission is to find and grow what makes every child unique.

Every child has a talent. Our job is simply to find it.
Every child walks into our classrooms with something they're naturally drawn to. Maybe it's patterns. Maybe it's storytelling. Our job starts with paying close attention.
We connect academic learning with real life — environmental awareness, community values, and the world outside school walls. Education here isn't isolated from who our children are.
Once we spot a child's spark, we build around it. Hands-on projects, leadership opportunities, community service — whatever it takes to help that talent grow into real ability.
Children leave BPA knowing exactly what they're good at — and confident enough to use it. We've seen shy kids become leaders and hesitant kids lead environmental projects.
“Every child has a talent. Our job is simply to find it.”
— BPA, since 2019
Our curriculum follows Ghana Education Service standards, giving your child the best we have to offer.
Every lesson has measurable goals aligned with national standards.
Regular progress tracking ensures no child falls behind.
Teaching adapts to each student's pace and learning style.
Students meet age-appropriate milestones recognized nationally.
Each program builds on the last. Children don't have to adjust to a new school every few years — they grow up here.
Lots of sensory play, singing, and practical life stuff — pouring water, buttoning shirts. They learn by doing, and they love it.
This is where the learning materials really come alive. Children choose their work, build concentration, and start reading and counting on their own terms.
The bridge year. Reading becomes fluent, maths gets more abstract, and children start working on group projects that teach collaboration.
Independent research, deeper thinking, and real responsibility. By the time they leave BPA, they know how to learn — not just what to memorise.
All programs aligned with the Ghana Education Service (GES) curriculum.
The Parent Portal gives you a real-time window into your child's school life — results, attendance, fees, assignments, and direct communication with the school. No more waiting for report day.
The Student Portal puts you in control. Access your materials, submit work, check your results, and see exactly where you stand — every day, not just at the end of term.
“My son used to struggle with confidence before we enrolled him at BPA. Now he comes home excited to share what he learned about solar energy and how to protect the environment. The teachers here don't just teach — they inspire.”
“As a staff of Bui Power Authority, I was familiar with the vision behind this school. But seeing my daughter's transformation — from shy to leading her class in discussions — has exceeded every expectation. The discipline and innovation here are unmatched.”
“What drew us to BPA was their commitment to environmental sensitivity. My daughter already reminds us to recycle and save electricity. But what keeps us here is how much the teachers genuinely care about every child's growth.”
The best way to know if BUI Authority is right for your child is to walk through our classrooms, meet the teachers, and watch the children work. We offer personal tours every weekday — just call ahead.
